Redondo Beach Historic Library & St. John Fisher Catholic Church Wedding - Palos Verdes, Ca

Mia & Ryan both went to Norte Dame University but didn’t meet until after graduation when Mia’s brother, who was with Ryan getting his Post-Doctoral Degree at MIT, introduced the two of them, mentioning that they had both gone to Notre Dame. Once they met, Mia fell in love with Ryan’s sense of humor and knew he just got her.

Mia grew up attending St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Palos Verdes, her parents had been married in the old church. Mia’s mother was the head of the committee to renovate the church and helped find the architect to make it so beautiful, knowing that Mia would eventually marry in the sanctuary - Mia & Ryan are the first to get married in the newly renovated church!

Mia and Ryan chose the Redondo Beach Historic Library because they are both book lovers and loved how the library can transform into their vision for their wedding. They partied all night with their guests from all over the world and celebrated merrily!

Mia’s dress, with full lace and sweetheart neckline, is by Justin Alexander and she found it at Bridal Elegance Studio in Torrance.

Mia’s dad, an officer in the Navy, came in his dress blues with his sword for their cake cutting! But, most importantly, Mia and her dad killed their father & daughter dance!!
